Rules for Prepayment, Rescheduling, and Cancellation of Training Sessions
1. Introduction of Prepayment
Starting from October 1, 2025, all training bookings will be confirmed only after a prepayment is made.
The prepayment system is introduced to help organize the training process and reserve a spot for each participant.
Prepayment amount:
• 1,000 dinars — for sessions costing up to 11,000 dinars;
• 3,700 dinars — for sessions costing over 11,000 dinars.
The prepayment is included in the total session cost and will be deducted from the final payment.
Prepayment can be made via a QR code provided by the club administrator.
The remaining balance is paid in cash at the club on the day of the session.
Prepayment is not required for participants with an active membership.
Booking with a membership follows the usual procedure, and the session will be deducted from the membership package.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the prepayment has been made and confirmation has been received from the club administrator.
2. Rescheduling and Cancellations
A training session can be rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the start — without losing the prepayment or the membership session.
If notice is given less than 24 hours before the start, or in case of a no-show without prior notice, the prepayment is retained, and the session is deducted from the membership.
Cancellation without rescheduling is possible, but no refunds are issued.
All notifications regarding rescheduling or cancellations must be made through the club administrator chat only.
If a session is rescheduled by the club or coach (for example, due to weather conditions),
the prepayment remains valid, and the session will be moved to another date convenient for the client.
In case of unfavorable weather or other circumstances beyond the club’s control,
the session may also be rescheduled to another date without loss of prepayment.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds — including prepayments and membership fees — are not provided.
However, it is possible to reschedule a session for another date in accordance with the club’s policy, provided that notice is given at least 24 hours before the session starts.
4. Agreement Confirmation
Making a prepayment or purchasing a membership signifies the client’s agreement with these terms.
5. Client Care

If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible — this helps us efficiently organize the training process and offer you a convenient alternative.
6. Dispute Resolution
All matters not covered by these terms will be resolved individually with the club administration.
